In this report, we celebrate the employers and educators who won UK Social Mobility Awards in 2023. Across our 11 categories, we examine winners’ activities, enabling factors, challenges overcome, and how they define social mobility success.
Our 2023 winners represent organisations and individuals from a range of UK sectors including professional services, energy, government, construction, retail, and education. Importantly, our winners’ case studies highlight the impactful work being done across the social mobility journey, including those who are building the foundations, doing the work, and leading the way.
Together, the case studies present inspiring, practical examples of how to improve socio-economic diversity, equity and inclusion from the classroom to the workplace.
